Kimzey Welding Works, Inc. was founded in 1953 by John S. Kimzey (1923-2000).

John started Kimzey Welding Works, Inc. in Woodland, California following World War II service as a Marine infantryman in the Pacific. At first, Mr. Kimzey serviced farms and drilling platforms in Yolo County from a portable welding truck. He then branched out into metal fabrication, making everything from custom truck bumpers to ditch diggers.

Kimzey Welding Works, Inc. began manufacturing veterinary products in the 1970s as the result of business relationships with the University of California at Davis, and the Southern California Equine Foundation.

Since 1953, the variety of products that we manufacture, and the geographic range of our customers have increased significantly.  However, our commitment to quality has not changed.

We are located at 164 Kentucky Avenue, Woodland, CA 95695  USA.
